"Great home, perfectly clean and comfortable in every way. Great location and the garden was peaceful and private. Very warm house with ducted air and wood fire, wood cut perfectly and fire set on arrival. Would highly recommend!"

"Cute cozy home surrounded by beautiful quiet farmland. We were 6 adults and 2 dogs. We all fit comfortably inside the house. The bedrooms were a good size and the communal spaces were spacious enough. We were located super close to Mudgee and local vineyards. Overall a great place to stay! Our dogs loved running around outside and we enjoyed the farmland views. Hope to stay here again next time we travel to Mudgee!"

"We had a delightful stay at the Shearer's Huts and had a great time testing our telescopes and astrophotography while we were there. Beds are comfy, kitchen is cute, fridge was generously full. We appreciated the fire pit on cold nights too. Lucy is a wonderful host. "

"he dishwasher was not working, which resulted in me and my guests spending a lot of time washing dishes. This was quite disappointing. In general, the place was beautiful, but the kitchen was very dirty; the cookware was oily and dirty. Additionally, there was only one roll of kitchen towel for 10 people over 2 nights. Most importantly, there were bunk beds, which were not shown in the property photos."

"We just spent a thoroughly enjoyable weekend at Rosby Guesthouse with 3 other couples. The house is amazing and in a beautiful setting with gorgeous gardens and even a veggie patch . It has everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back."
