"The check-in process was a little bit complicated and time-consuming. After the final check-in process we got the information. The stay with 2 family at all was wonderful and good. "There was nobody at the property, the check-in was done online and instructions sent to my by email. There was no elevator, so if you have big bags or a pushchair - that will be a problem. Property was easy to find (we went by taxi) but be aware it is near the train station. Amenities were good, the only frustration was that the keypad to allow access into our room was very sensitive and there was a delay on it - so we struggled for 10 -15 minutes to get into our room.
