"me and my partner were in bed and we heard knocking on the door both of us couldn’t be bothered getting up so we expected them to go away but the cleaning lady just opened up our door without our permission just to bring towels which she could have just left outside, i absolutely hated that cause what if we were naked or even having a intimacy moment that’s is just unacceptable we will not be going back there !!!!"

"The most comfortable bed. Lovely bath. Yummy meal with such beautiful service from staff and management. Checkin was prompt with such a friendly staff member. Thankyou. The best part is that we are able to park our vehicle whilst taking a trip overseas. Yellow bus to take us to international. Thankyou Team. Also great workout in the gym and apologies as found the yoga mats in the corner of gym. 👍 Will definitely be our stop over hotel. Sandy & Noel"

"We had a great quick overnight stop on our way home to Australia. The insurrections were really clear on how to enter the property after hours. The apartment was super clean and loved that it could fit out little family of 5. Also very much appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport in the morning. Would definitely stay here again on a stop over."

"This is a basic hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms pretty clean. Staff are friendly. The free airport shuttle bus is great. Downsides are that it is cold (both room and water) and it is noisy: other guests and the roadworks that are currently near by. The noise continued into the early hours. However, it is a budget hotel and therefore reasonable value."

"The fridge did not work and I requested a new one on the first day, but it was not provided. My room was not serviced on one of the days, although I had requested it. The phone did not work.
There was rubbish left in the corner near the lift.
Generally the hotel was good. Restaurant and bar were great. Staff could probably do with a bit more training in the restaurant and bar, but there were very friendly."

"The property is great, close to the city, close to attractions, far enough away to be quiet. Rooms clean and sunny with great views over harbour. Restaurant at facility is cosy in a nice way, meals really good, staff very nice. We used Uber for some trips, very efficient, but mostly walked to places. I will definitely stay here again. Incredibly inexpensive for what we got. 🌟🌟"
