"Overall the experience from start to finish was above expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms very clean and spacious and the breakfast had a good variety of foods. The hotel is well located both in terms of being close to the Interlaken West station and Interlaken. Would definitely stay there again."

"Clean rooms daily, courteous staff, very good breakfast"

"Near to the train station and in the middle of the shopping area. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Great breakfast was included, with a full service bar for drinks"

"The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially when they provided us with a portable heater while the hotel’s heating system was unavailable or not functioning properly. We really appreciated their assistance. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding the breakfast dress code. "What a sweet little place on the water. So nice to be able to go in the balcony and be by the water AND watch the paragliders come down the mountain. Wonderful stay. Great staff"

"Perfectly located, 10 min from train station, and everything else close at hand. Just as the listing stated, also very quiet. Would stay here again."

"Excelente lugar , les recomiendo incluir el desayuno en su estancia !"

"Nice hotel and view"

"Todo limpio y atención del personal"

"Clean. Lovely breakfast included. Walkable to train/bus stations. Friendly staff"

"Very good hotel in interlaken west. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Had nice garden. Good breakfast with options. Had everything we needed for our stay. Also the owner even booked a taxi for us when I requested. Only thing I would pick is it’s bit of walk from the train station if you are not used to that much walking, otherwise great hotel."

"Great location - very close to many restaurants, shopping, interlaken ost station but poor amenities - no elevator so had to drag suitcases to third floor. No breakfast available on site, but available close by. Bathrooms were clean but very small and some rooms have shared bathrooms. Reception staff was available on call. Overall, lacked a positive experience."

"We had a beautiful room with balcony and wonderful views. We did not frequent the restaurant or any other amenities so I cannot comment on them. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay and location was great."
