"A brilliant hotel attached to a mall and covered walking distance to the airport.
The room and amenities were excellent- exceeded expectations.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
Probably the only airport hotel that I could say that I wish I had more time to spend here!

"Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression."

"Excellent location next to Ikea, 2 huge shopping malls with many choices of food.
All good, except the gym which was way too simple with a cardio machines only. Small weights. Plenty of free bottled water, which was appreciated.
On one hand, there's a room to play table tennis which was fun.
Staffs are excellent.
Room was good, but needed a deep cleaning for the floor. Looked very tidy, but was dirty when I needed to wipe out water drops. They do provide free slippers.

"地下鉄や空港鉄道からエスカレーターで9番出口を出てすぐにホテルに入れるので、荷物が重くてもお天気が悪くても大丈夫です。周りには飲食店が多く、ホテルロビーにはコンビニも入っています。お部屋は広くて良かったのですが、ベッドが高く、また、柔らかすぎて私には合いませんでした。朝食も1回頂きましたが、サラダの葉が傷んでいたり、 お水がなかったり、レストランが広すぎて、動線にやや難ありと感じました。また、夜間に妙な音（金属が擦れるような？）が時々聞こえて、よく眠れませんでした。連泊したのですが、朝9時過ぎにはお掃除の人が来るようで、その時間にdon’t disturbのボタンを押していると、タオルを替えてもらうだけでも「必要ならフロントに電話して下さい」のカードがドアの隙間から入れられます。"

"立地はちょうど明洞と東大門の間くらいですが、どちらも歩いていける距離ですし、何よりも最寄りの地下鉄の駅も主要な線なのでどこに行くにもとても便利でした。
夜間静かなのもとてもいいですね。

スーペリアに女性2名で泊まりましたが、シャワーブースがあり、洗面スペースも広 々。メイクを2人同時にしても全然問題なく、水回りもとっても綺麗でした。シャンプー類がとてもいい香りでテンション爆上がり！
室内にはオゾンで脱臭できる機械があったり、キッチンや洗濯機、レンジもついていて、暮らすように宿泊できるとても素晴らしいホテルでした。
スタッフさんもとてもにこやかでどの方も親切でした。
日本語対応の自動チェックイン・アウト機があるので、お急ぎの方や英語が苦手な方でも安心です。
ロビーには海外カード対応のATMや両替機もあるし、ほんとなんでも揃ってる！

"Excellent location. Ask for the park view. Very close to the park and shopping area. It has amazing breakfast with vast options. It also has a CU, ATM and a cafe on the ground floor which is super convenient.
Unfortunately the bidet was not very well functioning and the shower door had leakage at the bottom which caused a wet toilet. Other than that, fantastic hotel."
