"We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. "The property manager contacted us as expected and check in was easy. Inside and outside, the home was nothing as advertised. Nails sticking out of the walls, dishwasher not attached so it falls out when you pull out the rack; old cars, broken chairs, lawnmowers, old pool, old jacuzzi, a winebego, a boat and toilet seat all strewn around the yard. "Perfect place for a couple nights as we traveled on to our next destination."

"Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. "

"Great location & wonderful amenities! You can’t beat the beauty of the river’s view and the woods that surround the property. We stayed with our two young sons and they loved playing outside, the arcade games, and the dock. The only draw back for families is not having an internal staircase, but it wasn’t too much of a problem for us. This is definitely more for a rustic getaway rather than a luxurious stay. "The house is older. There are several weird step ups in the house and none of us left without having stubbed our toes multiple times. The house was clean but could definitely use a deep clean sometime. It would not be ideal for the elderly and is not handicap accessible at all. "Sweet cottage with amazing views. Some items could use updating but everything works well, and it's well stocked. We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved. Absolutely the best property manager I've ever dealt with. Would stay here again! Perfect for relaxing! "
