Large open living room, dining table and kitchen eating area for everyone. Quiet sitting room to read & relax. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. Bonus room over garage for play area and extra sleeping space. Extra refrigerator in garage area. Washer & Dryer with beach towels provided. Marina pool access comes with house as well for the kids. Big back yard with gas grill to enjoy peaceful evenings and glimpses of Sarah Creek and boats passing by.
Find Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William & Mary just 13 miles down colonial parkway. Pretty views of the York River in the fall.

Great house

Tye house is great, was very clean, the owner was responsive and very accommodating. The location is also great, not too far from Busch gardens and Williamsburg.

Great place for a Christmas get together

Loved everything about the place and it was even decorated including a tree. Very comfortable and relaxing with everything you could need for a short stay. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit.

Great house

This was our 2nd year staying at this house for Thanksgiving and I'm certain it won't be our last. We love the house and the location (very close to our Gloucester Point family). Host is great with communication.

Excellent stay!!

Absolutely beautiful, immaculate house located in a great location for Williamsburg and Busch gardens. Quiet neighborhood, best stocked kitchen of anyplace we have ever stayed. Super comfortable beds. Would absolutely return again. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Family weekend getaway

Beautiful home in a great location for visiting Busch Gardens and historical American Revolution sites. The home was immaculately clean, comfortable and stocked with anything you could possibly need. We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year and stay in this property again!

Truly Special!

This home was perfect for our family! It was immaculate, roomy, and well-appointed in every way - furnishings, kitchen (with the extra fridge in the garage), bathrooms, beach chairs and towels and more. Tina was totally responsive before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home for visitors to the Gloucester area!

Excellent host and as advertised!

We stayed 5 days at the house. The house - it is as advertised which is huge as there were no surprises and not always what one experiences with Vrbo. The home was very clean and well taken care of. All the necessaries provided. like towels, pots and pans, dishes etc It is in a quiet neighborhood so very relaxing. Location is very close to the bridge to Yorktown and 20 minutes or so to Williamsburg and the other local entertainment sites. Attention by the owner was amazing. We had two issues which we received unbelievably prompt attention to and fixing of both without any impact on our vacation. We would highly recommend it and would use again if in the area!

Lovely House, Great Location

We booked this house over Thanksgiving to be near family. Our in-laws stayed in the house with us. It was perfect in all ways. We will likely make this our go-to when we visit again.

Beautiful house, nice location

We picked the house for its proximity to Yorktown and Busch Gardens. The Oyster house down the road was a nice perk, as was the view of the river from the back porch. The entire house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owners were generous with provisions and very responsive.

Perfect Paradise!

This home was perfect for a multigenerational family getaway for my mom's birthday. We loved everything about our stay! The pool and restaurant at the marina were top notch and the proximity to Yorktown Beach was the cherry on top. It was stocked with everything that we needed and more. My kids loved the bikes and cozy bedroom upstairs. The decor is exceptional as was Tina's customer service. We will absolutely be back! Can't wait to make more memories in this home.

Great vacation!

We had a great stay! Everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. They could definitely market it as a 4 bedroom, because there is a full separate area upstairs with two twin beds. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space for the entire week that we stayed. May have been an oversight, but we were only given 2 spare rolls of toilet paper, so obviously had to go buy more. For the nightly price, probably should have been included. They also had some beach towels, but would be nice to have access to a couple other beach items or maybe a couple fishing poles. Due to flying, we weren't able to pack as much as we would have liked for a vacation in this area. As an FYI... It's good to bring a kpass if you have one. We traveled into the Williamsburg area daily, and there was a $2 toll to come back across the bridge every time we returned to the rental house. Not a deal breaker, just something I was unaware of before our trip. My only other recommendation would be to add some window coverings or privacy film to some of the windows. The windows are very bright / inviting in the daytime, but several you can't cover at nighttime, allowing people to potentially see through the entire house. The area was very nice though and we enjoyed the nearby marina restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Long Weekend of History

The house and location were perfect! We really enjoyed the ease of getting over to Yorktown and Williamsburg. A huge added benefit is the house is a short walk from YROC. Memorial Day weekend weather was less than ideal, but the gas logs and movies kept the group entertained! Tina has set up a great retreat.
