"This looked like a sanctuary hotel. Transient s and misplaced people were sleeping in the lobby. Roaches and ants in the room. The breakfast was terrible (powdered eggs and gray sausage patties). Unclean/unkept serving area. The staff would disappear and would be unreachable phone. There were no phones in the rooms either.."

"I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better."

"My son and I showed up at 11pm to check into our prepaid hotel room, only to find out they had no room for us! Kicked to the curb at MN with my kid in Baltimore....wow. The lobby smelled like a dispensary and was dark and dingy. Manager on call was no help and dismissive the following day. Expedia did there best to help us out but we didn't get to another room (after trying 3+ other hotels) until after 1am. Nightmare experience. Stay away from this property, so many other reputable...
