"We had a great stay in a cozy cabin and enjoyed excellent communication with Laura. When we had an issue with the grill’s propane tank, she sent someone up within 15 minutes, which we really appreciated.There are a few areas for improvement. Firstly, the cabin could benefit from more seating. With five adults, it was challenging for all of us to gather comfortably in one room. "We had and wonderful time at the A frame of mind VRBO.It’s a beautiful A frame house. Communication with the owner was very prompt. "

"We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip."

"Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns."

"Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. "

"We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. "
