"The room was clean. The bathroom has been renovated with good shower pressure. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable. Note that there is no elevator on the premises - not a big deal for us but that may not be the case for everyone. Lastly, the breakfast is overpriced. I would probably go out if I were to return. At 15 pounds each, that converts to just under $30 can. Even in overpriced Toronto, that’s expensive."

"This hotel is in an awesome location. Unfortunately, there are a lot of stairs to get into the hotel. Then we found out that the lift was broken. We lugged our bags up many floors. Parking was also an issue. It’s advertised as being available but when we got there it was full. We were told to find parking elsewhere which was extremely hard to find. The breakfast was sufficient."

"Very difficult to move around the bathroom, the door hit the side of the bath when opened from the bedroom. We had reserved a dog friendly room, fortunately, we have a small dog because there was very little room for his crate. I suspect we were given a less adequate room, ( adjacent rooms I viewed had a better layout) because the hotel was catering for large groups and we were staying just one night. This was despite the fact that I booked it months ago."

The property smells moldy, the bed is horrible, super cheap pillows-they covered the bed in a plastic sheet which made you sweat all night and couldn’t keep windows open because of traffic. The WiFi is ridiculous and the fellow tried to convince us everyone uses an Ethernet cable versus wireless-so out of touch for phones/tablets and the room and bathroom were dusty and dirty in every...
