"The hotel is in a great location and is a great budget option for travellers. Everything has been updated and the rooms were a great size. The floors are slightly creaky and we could somehow need hear the upstairs neighbours because of this. Otherwise it was pretty soundproof. The breakfast was OK. Great if you want to stay on a budget, there is enough to feed you. It was budget food, so don’t come expecting your tastebuds to be whelmed. "I didn’t try out amenities like the pool at all, but the room was very pricey and could use a refresh - I wouldn’t have wanted to take a bath in this hotel. That being said, it’s a great location and very friendly staff. I used the little express bistro daily for my morning coffee and breakfast, and the people working there were so friendly. Self check-in and check-out were super quick and convenient."

"They were having a little hiccup with their computer system which slowed down the checking in. It happens. The entire premises was very clean and the security for getting in the doors and elevators made up for lack of any sort of refreshment/nourishment on site. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the streetcar stop was close to the door. Very much worth it."
