"I would like to share my sincere review regarding my stay at the hotel. The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation.

"The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside."

"The kitchen was great and the rooms were very clean. The beds were so comfortable! It was the perfect location for seeing a Broadway show, which is what we were there for, it made everything on the trip so convenient! "
