"Freezing cold room. I don’t know why there isn’t a heater because the window ac lets all the cold air in. The property is in an amazing location to be able to walk everywhere. Rockafella and Times Square. The rooms are bigger than what I have seen in NYC in prior stays. The rooms were clean. I don’t like that you have to wash the dishes because I don’t trust the people before me washed them correctly so I do double work. I wished they had a dishwasher for the dishes. The property is clean. The...

"The room was clean, but the bathroom door didn't fully close. It was off track or the door was crooked. There wasn't a dining table, which seemed odd, so you either had to convert the Murphy bed back to a cough to sit or sit on the beds. There was no lighting by the Murphy bed, so you had to depend on the ceiling fan's light in that area.
The layout of the studio was thoughtful, however, with a full curtain to make the Murphy bed area feel like a "room." However, we could also hear guests...

"Great location and prices for what you get. Right on a starting East West bus line as well as a North/South. Couple blocks from a subway. Building is dated but in good condition- and free laundry machines a bonus. Rooftop bar was just okay as staying in the hotel doesn’t grant you access over outsiders m"

"Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away.
Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."
