"Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. "I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was cool and refreshing AND open. The hotel itself was in a very decent place with Walmart being right next door and a very nice Indoor/outdoor mall only about 3mins away. I was even i.ptessed by the TV! The fact that it had streaming platforms already installed and i was able to use my own personal account without having to bring a firestick or apple t.v was great.
