"The room was styled and furnished beautifully, Gary & Peter have put a lot of thought into the inclusions. Tea and coffee facilities available along with oranges to make freshly squeezed juice. We booked the studio room, for the price I’d expect complimentary continental breakfast. Gary explained the landscaping is a work in progress, this should be reflected in the pricing. "

"There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs."

"Very secluded property. Clean, with all the facilities you would need for a week or month. Bush setting with access to bay for canoeing or small boat. Highly recommend."

"This house is situated in a new housing estate only 5 minutes drive from grocery shops and 10 minute drive from the picturesque and popular Kingston Beach. "The location of the house is excellent as you can easily do day trips to the north and south of the Island and to Adventure Bay. It is a few minutes walk to Hotel Bruny which has fantastic meals. The house has a wonderful view looking back to the mainland and of Satellite Island with a deck at the front and back of the house which is perfect to avoid the wind depending on the direction. Both decks have outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings very comfortable....

"The house is perfect for couples or large groups, with a well stocked kitchen, heaps of toiletries, comfy lounge chairs and a huge dining table.
