"It was a nice change of pace. We usually stay at hotels but this was a wonderful option. Loved the pool and the bay view. We plan on returning to check out the other spaces."

"We had a great stay here enjoying the view and the woodstove. We were a little put off by the composting toilet and did not use it, same with the shower. All in all a good experience though!"

"We love staying here!! This is the second time in less than a year! Such a nice little spot to hangout for the weekend. Always clean, and comfortable. The only gripe I have is the bed frame!! Watch your toes and your shins around the corners. This is the ONLY thing I would change about this place!! Thanks again for the place to crash for the weekend! "

"I can't believe how nice this place is, let alone for the price. Absolutely blown away by the details and love put into decorating this home. The trees surrounding this property make it feel like it's alone in another world. Truly awesome place and will definitely be recommending to others, and staying again. "

"Cute rustic cabin in the woods but very close to the ocean. Extremely peaceful and very clean. A knob on the stove was broken and some of the chairs around the dining were very wobbly so you had to be very careful and not let an elderly sit in the wobbly chair. But overall was a very good stay. "

"It was a Privilege to get to stay in such a big wonderful house the view is incredible and handicap friendly we hope to stay there again."

"What a gem! The location is perfect for going in and out of Coos Bay and Bandon. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to have the yard fully fenced in so the dogs could run around. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could want or need. "

"Roseneath House was absolutely perfect for my sister's Hen Do. Paul has thought of everything in the house, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the house was stunning and it was fabulous to have so many communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. The disco room was perfect for late night karaoke and the house was well sound-proofed according to those who went to bed early! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to host a hen do and all the ladies loved the house! We took a minibus to...

"Drift Cabin was fantastic and while resort area was great. Loved the embankments between cabins to give you privacy around your fire pit. Cabin itself was bespoke and had everything required. Quick walk to the onsite general store for anything from extra wood to bottles of wine and smores kits. Loved my stay on the bay!"
