"I had no interaction with any staff. I did online check-in. When the room is ready, a code is sent by email gave access to keys, which was about 90mins prior to the official check-in time of 3pm. It is a very effective and efficient process, which is definitely a bonus if it is busy at reception. The hotel is very modern and is super clean. "My one night stay was fine apart from having to excavate the building during the night because of the fire alarm. Apart from lack of sleep it can only be a good thing that the fire escape system worked. Otherwise the room was good and clean and had plenty of room.
