"We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again."

"The house smelled horrible; it seems to have a mold problem. Couches were dirty, and the temperature was set to 50 degrees. It took the house two hours to warm up. Limited blankets; we could only find one. We walked downstairs and discovered three unmade bunk beds and a refrigerator full of food. We wondered if people were living there. The stairs only lock from the basement side and there is a door leading to the outside, so that did not feel very secure. I would not recommend this...

"We had a fantastic stay at the lincoln cottage. The house was very comfortable, with the most incredible porch and view. Close to everthing too, from restaurants to shopping, to a great farmer's market we went to every day. We would definitely stay here again."

"We were in town for a week long youth ski racing event and selected this property based on the proximity to Gunstock (7-8min drive), pictures of the property and reviews. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive. The home was well-kept, spacious and comfortable for our family. Bonus- my kids LOVED the tree house in the yard. We would definitely return if in the area again!"

"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again. "

"Stayed here with my husband, our three kids and their friends. Us with 6 teenagers 17-19 years old and not once did we feel like we were on top of eachother. 20 minutes to Laconia, 30 to Weirs Beach and Concord. The boys had a great time fishing off the dock. Within 30 minutes they had hooked 2 fish. The house is very confortable and spaciois. Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for sharing."

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available.
