  • The cozy studio is located in the heart of the Lake's region. It is across the street from Paugus Bay, which is on Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. The studio has a courtyard view, a balcony, and no street noise. There is a King Bed and a full-size Murphy bed, a sofa, and a kitchen, all in one room.

    15 minutes to Gunstock Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Weirs Beach, 7 min to Bank of NH Pavilion, a few minutes away for Laconia Bike week, and near The Margate. Centrally located near restaurants and shops. Bordering towns are Gilford, Meredith, Belmont, and Sanbornton. This is the perfect getaway during ANY season.

    Our studio is ready for you to arrive and unwind! The essentials include bath towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, paper towels/toilet paper, basic pantry items, and Keurig coffee pods.

    There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle, or trailer in the parking lot and carport. There is no assigned parking space. On-site laundry available in the condo building.

    Come and experience year-round fun in our condo! Spring and fall bring stunning foliage, ideal for leaf peeping and peaceful relaxation. Enjoy nearby Skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in the winter. Cozy up with a hot chocolate after a day of skating on the frozen lake. Summer fun at Lake Winnipesaukee, where summer days are perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming.

    - Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM
    - No events, parties, or large gatherings
    - Additional fees and taxes may apply
    -Our condo association requires vehicle registration; you will need to complete the form and provide the requested information to ensure compliance with community parking rules. Failure to comply is at your own risk and responsibility if your vehicle is towed. Thank you for understanding!
    - The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
    - The seasonal pool/outdoor grilling/firepit is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day open 9am to 9pm

    This condo is located at Condominium Suites at Lake Winnipesaukee.

    The building is across the street from the lake; however, we do not have direct access. Weirs Beach is 12 minutes down the street. Weirs Beach has shops, eateries and arcades.

    We are located 3.3 miles to the back parking lot of Bank of NH Pavilion and 4.5 miles to the main entrance. Don't want to drive? Call Bah Hoppah! They are a shuttle service and will pick you up in the parking lot and take you right to the concert venue and then bring you home! Ride Gannon has also been used by many guests who have been very happy with their ride service.

We made a quick trip to see a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. Location was great, short ride to the venue and easy getting back. Property was ideal for us to enjoy a quick trip to town.

Very clean and nice studio condo. It wasn’t too small for 3 adults and everyone loves it. The inside seems renovated and looks very good. Overall would give it a 10/10 and would stay again if in the area!

Welcoming and Warm

As soon as we entered this condo we felt like we were at an 5hotel. Everything we needed and more was available and easy to find. Very clean and comfortable. The King bed was so comfy and the white linens were a plus. Every detail was noticed including the toiletries and towels. Great place!

We were very happy with our stay at Caroline & Wasley's condo! It was cozy, VERY clean, organized, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to rest before and after our concert at the Pavilion! Communication was also fantastic - we're very grateful for that. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to spend some time around the beautiful Weirs Beach area!!

The unit is very comfortable and has everything that you could want for a VRBO. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was very clean. The building the unit is in is definitely on the older side and was about 110 degrees in the hallways.

My husband and I came to Laconia for my birthday weekend in November. The place is completely remodeled, tastefully decorated, the hosts were very attentive, provided recommendations for local restaurants, even left snacks for their guests. Check out the Climaxe throwing axe spot and the escape rooms, we went to Concord because they have 6 rooms but there are others closer to the condo. We recommend Lago and the Junction Restaurant restaurant for dinner and Hermit Vinery for wine tasting or dinner We had a great time, and will be back. Thank you. We highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect for our stay

We needed a place close to NH Bank Pavilion as we were bringing our son to a concert. We got out of the concert late and arrived just before midnight. Thanks to great communication from the owner, we knew exactly where to go and easily accessed the Condo. Upon arrival, it was so clean and very comfortable. They supplied things like shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products and so much more. As fellow rental business owners we have high expectations and this unit met all our requirements. We will definitely stay there again if we ever get back to the area and will highly recommend to friends and family.

This was a very cute condo! Not too gard to find. Beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean ( cleaner than any other rental property I have stayed at (Im a housecleaner)). The building was very quiet. They had snacks for us and provided all cooking stuff needed, full fridge and freezer, a/c works great, plenty of lighting. All of the pre-arrival and pre- departure instructions were easy and simple to follow! I woyld absolutely dray here again! The only complaint I had was that the hallways to the unit were literally like a sauna. It was absolutely worth the money we paid!!

The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

The condo was perfect! I wish there was a better view but I was impressed with all the amenities and comforts of the one bedroom condo! Loved the throw blankets, the games, the plush towels even down to the flossers and air freshener! Loved coming back to our condo and would stay here again anytime!!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful spot and great location! Hosts answered any questions quickly! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to eat 'at home.' The space was laid out very efficiently and comfortably. Kids loved the Murphy bed as well. Cant say enough good thingals except, thank you for the wonderful stay.

Fabulous place to stay for an overnight!

The studio was the perfect size for my partner and I when we came to town for a concert. Nice and hot shower, full size stove, microwave, fridge, furniture on the small patio space. There were board games laying around, easily accessible for rainy days spent inside. The bed…. Ohhhh the bed! It’s an incredibly cushy memory foam mattress that made you feel like you’re sleeping on clouds! Quiet complex. The only downfall to this place is that the entrance to the room was in an odd hallway where warm, exhaust air from AC units of other rooms blew right into. It was incredibly loud (couldn’t hear it from inside the studio, though) and sweltering in the summer heat. Other than being incredibly hot coming in and leaving… no complaints! Great place to stay!
