"Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. "

"I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess.
Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for.
The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service.
The breakfast was cold and boring.
The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY.
A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them."

"Great location for walking. The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional.
