Getting everything on the floor both inside and outside the bathroom soaked. Additionally, the floor is deadly slippery and one could...

"The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good
The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this )
If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location."
