"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."

"This location is very convenient. Steps away from Bern Wankdorf. (1 stop away) from Bern main station. Coop convenient on the side but big other groceries on the side. It is quiet and cozy here. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath.
