"Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

"What an amazing space!! Be aware that the loft is on the 4th floor with no elevator and street parking was not available due to construction. If those conditions are of no concern to you (as they were not for me) then you’ll enjoy your stay. Host was communicative and helpful. "Liked the layout and cleanliness of the suite. We had a significant issue leading to very little sleep over two nights. The neighbours above the suite were incredibly loud until 5 a.m one morning and early the second night. We think they had a number of dogs. The second night we could hear a fight and lots of arguing and swear words. Seemed to be little noise protection between the two units."
