"The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN"

"Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there."

"It was not a pleasant stay. The toilet was leaking from the floor. There was a terrible musty smell throughout my stay. I was concerned for my health, that perhaps black mold could be growing under the wet carpet all around the air conditioner. Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case. I called the front desk in the evening of the 4th asking if my room could be...

"We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them ."
