"Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. "

"The first room they tried to put me in the air conditioner made a loud grinding sound as soon as I turned it on. I then pulled the sheets back and untucked the bottom sheets and luckily didn't find bed bugs. But I found dirt and debris in the sheets which indicates that they did not swap out the sheets from whoever slept in the bed before. When I brought that to the young lady's attention she tried to explain to me about the air conditioner and I said no thank you I just want a new room please....

"The staff was kind and accommodating, for the most part I called a week ahead of time to let them know I will need an early check-in. They said I should be all set and it will be an additional $25 charge when I arrive, but when I finally flew in ahead of check-in I was told I couldn't. That's neither here nor there but when I am finally able to check-in they take a $150 damage deposit. I finally get into the room and the room reeks of cigarettes. "The property was not taken care of AT ALL. Rooms look nothing like the picture, paint pilling from the tub and walls, hallways have a strange odor, different floors look like a motel and a completely different hotel. There were 4 elevators and only 1 worked, it went to every floor and took anywhere from 10-25 minutes to even get it to come. Hotel staff was not cleaning the sheets and fixing the bed with the same ones. Floors were wet and sticky with no wet floor sign in sight. There were...

"The room was fine but definitely just a place to sleep, nothing special. The hotel is really close to a lot of restaurants and spots like the aquarium/ Coke museum, etc. The room was never serviced over our three day stay. We also found some dead roaches in our room by the tv."

"The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy...
