"First time in Santa Fe! The Hotel had a great Southwestern feel. We enjoyed our room (108) although the bathroom was pretty small. Shower was also small and ran out of hot water! We were very tired on our first night so we ate at the in-house restaurant Del Charro. Not very good. Service was slow. Food was C- Loved the location of the hotel. Easy walking to Plaza area. We loved Santa Fe. But not likely to return to the Inn."

"We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!"

"The staff is great. Drove to Santa Fe from out of state. Arrived early (4hrs.). Staff said no problem parking in garage. Also informed me my room was ready and for a small fee I could check in early. After a long drive it was great to get settled in my room. Staff provided a map of area, helpful advice for places to eat, and was always available when needed."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."

The place is very unquiet, very old and in bad need of TLC, and major upgrades.
