"We had a great stay. It was easy to communicate with the host, he checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. House was family friendly. Easy parking and quite location, no issues with neighbors or noise. "

We appreciated the communication of the host and the little extras to make our stay special: Christmas tree/lights, candy, wine, and a bottle of sparkling juice for kids. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, and the airport. "

"The chair was broken like in the photos but not a super big deal . It is a little bit older of a building but it was super nice , wasn’t too loud and cheap ! Bed was comfortable and plenty hot water "
