"It was camping on the water…with A/C! Hosts were very responsive when we had a minor electrical issue. Location is convenient to Put-in-Bay and Kelley Island ferries. Great evening views. "

"No problems checking in or out. Perfect location, you can walk to jet Express to go to put in bay (it's next door to the condos). The weather was beautiful and we were able to use the pool and Jacuzzi, which were very nice. There is the beach right behind it. (I will post a picture from the condo back room.) The decor in the condo was beautiful. We absolutely loved it. We would stay there again and we would recommend this place to others. 10/10 for me and my husband. "

"This very clean, comfortable, modern suite with lots of amenities is part of a house with a spectacular view of Lake Erie. No other houses obstruct that view. Windows in the living room and sunroom are perfect for watching sunrises. Visitors can only walk on the portion of the seawall across this one property; the remainder of the seawall along the shore in that area is private. "Josh and Michelle went out of their way to communicate promptly with us both prior to our getaway and during our stay. The location of the property was excellent and the property was safe and clean. Only because of the age of the houseboat there were areas that were a bit worn but nothing of concern. "The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. It was quiet and everyone was great, but you will have neighbors. I loved my stay...
