"Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels."

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"This hotel was very clean., Hotel was recently updated/remodeled. Plenty full parking, security cameras in hallway and parking lot. I was able to sleep well, knowing I was safe"

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"Hotel and breakfast staff were great. Always helpful and nice. Rooftop restaurant could have been better. The website didnt say anything about reservations but staff pushed it hard and didnt want to sit us until we stated we only wanted drinks. Lower restaurant was a little slow too. Gym was closed the whole time I was there which looked like it would have been great to use if they didnt have it closed. The wall paper was peeling in the hall way. The room was big spacious and clean."

"When we arrived there was aplumbing issue and they couldn't rent the room and offered NO assistance in finding another room. We were left with no room and sleeping in the car. The issue was with using EXPEDIA. WE WONT USE THEM AGAIN."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson...
