"Beautiful modern and clean property! The host Dmitra was truly an angel, so helpful and looked after us incredible well."

"Beautiful hotel. Wish we had stayed for longer. Arrived late in the evening and kindly greeting by reception who gave us so much information on the island and Pyrgos itself. Provided us with a bus timetable, restaurant recommendations and the number of a local taxi firm. Our room was beyond our expectation. Lovely and spacious with good storage space. "Great service! All of the reception staff, particularly Rosie and Irene were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I wish they would include the spa in the price of the hotel stay (since it’s really just a sauna, steam room and hot tub), but that’s a small detail. "We stayed for 4 nights in one of the plunge pool rooms- very spacious and clean- bed and bedding of great quality, a lovely pool area to use which was nice and trendy. Just outside of the village and some nice restaurants within ten mins walk. Breakfast was varied - we asked for different items and there was no problem at all. "This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. First of all, our hotel guide Vivian was amazing. She organised everything and anything we needed very quickly. "My wife and I stayed here in late August for 4 nights. I cannot rave enough about how we enjoyed it here. The service of the staff, the room accommodations, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The view of the caldera is spectacular, and every night the sunset was fabulous. The restaurant was excellent as well. "We had a fantastic 5 night stay, fabulous lady checked us in in the afternoon and was so helpful with our itinerary and organising a rental car and taxis when we needed.
