"Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen. "The staff make this property all it is. This a small space, althought the restaurant compared to the 2 bar areas is surprisingly large and air conditioned which made all the difference on the heat-wave day that we visited."

"We stayed one night at the Sloop Inn. Lovely village location. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean with Comfortable beds. The evening meal and breakfast was very good. We ordered a packed lunch which was also very good. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again."

From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home.
