"I think it’s a great quaint motel right before you hit the busy zones of Tahoe and right outside Tahoe Valley campground. The property is family owned and very well maintained. The room is clean and nice and has all the basics you need. I really loved the lighted bathroom mirrors. Parking was plenty plus easy to park a truck. "The room was clean & everything was functioning. Very cute room! The door handle & window screen needed some fixing but not functional issues. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. The property next door was under construction (May 2026) & had dropped nails into the parking lot, I went through & picked them up & expressed my concern to the staff & they indicated...

"TThe unit was clean and close to the ski resort, which worked out well. However, we rented the unit because it was listed as a two-bedroom. I would say the place would be more accurately described as a studio with a king bed and a bunkbed. Also, the toilet was not working. I messaged the host many times without any acknowledgement."
