A lot of sweet things no so much savory. Clean property and rooms, we really liked our king suite with the bunk beds-perfect for traveling with a tween and teen. The kids enjoyed the pool. Not much interaction with staff besides checkin-you didn't see much of them. Layout could be a little confusing and the upstairs...

"Hotel and remove was clean. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was lacking everything microwaved. Staff was polite and friendly but I couldn’t understand them. Communication was rough. "

"Not recommended. Run down. I actually left in the middle of the night due to the partying outside of my window. I was on the 1st floor. The place smelled like a sewer. I initially booked it because it was cheap and I was there to be near the hospital for my family. Do not recommend. Would love my refund of $99 because I left in the middle of the night. However the guy up front with no teeth yelled at me and refused to give me my money back."

"Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine"

"We arrived for our stay minutes before having to leave for our event. The staff we met at the front desk were amazing! The best part of the whole stay actually. We came back from our event around midnight and requested an extra blanket. The gentleman at the front desk was busy on his phone and said that he would look but they were fully booked. He looked and didn't find an extra blanket in the laundry room. We went to our room and got ready for bed. The bed in room 120 closest to the...

"Great place! Awesome lounging area,good continental breakfast, gave us a free happy hour with beer wine and snacks, clean nice rooms, and the porter creek restaurant there is top notch. "

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "
