"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of options.
The only issue I encountered was the TV’s unusual placement, and its volume was not loud enough. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Room was well taken care of, staff was helpful and breakfast was Ok
Room was supposed to have a hair dryer? Went to front desk, took them a few minutes to find one! First one didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk for a second one
Looked like the place had been through a few rough customers due to the number of patches on the walls and cracked spots on the shade.(switched it around so good side out-welcome😊Very minor things - definitely wouldn’t stop me from coming...

"We've stayed at Tru by Hilton previously but this by far was our worst stay. The room we were assigned was clean but the shade was frayed on the right side making it challenging to close and the toilet was hit or miss when it would flush. When it did flush it was VERY slow to flush. We tried to call the front desk but the connection from the phone to the handheld part was broken so we had to use the speaker option. But the sound was very low so the conversation was limited. We went to the front...

"Staff was friendly. Room was adequately clean. And I really liked the layout. With the nice big couch and comfortable bed. Flooring was stained and worn out especially in the hallway. Water pressure was as low as I'd ever experienced. Elevator was terrible. One was out of service and the other felt questionable."
