"I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair. "Good place for stay , front staff extremely helpful. Heather at the front desk was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with our booking. By mistake, we had made our reservation for the wrong date and she fixed the error quickly. A big thanks to her . Breakfast had several choices , hot and cold . Pool was clean and accessible for seniors . Would recommend."

"I stayed at this hotel for 7nights 8days as we are Diamond Plus Members. I did not book through IGH and immediately regretted not doing so. The pool was not open all week. I could not get my room cleaned or fresh towels unless I threw them outside of my door and even then i had to request new towels or fresh garbage bags to be put in.
