"The BOB W apartment by the Ponte Vecchio bridge was a 10/10! Best location with a 1-minute walk to the bridge, a grocery store, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelato and shopping! Our family of three stayed here in the middle of our two week trip in Italy, since we wanted the fully-equipped kitchen and the washer. (They also had a drying rack). "One of the best places we stayed in Italy. It was super clean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. They have a beautiful garden. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. They have luggage storage. We were able to do our laundry. It is within walking distance from the train station (about 20-30inites). Within walking district from all the major tourisr spots. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet with a beautiful city view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is somewhat unusual in that the check-in was on the 5th floor of a building with several other businesses, and there is not a typical lobby with a bar or dining area. However, this was no problem for us. Espresso pods and a bottle of water were provided in the room. Air condition was able to be adjusted to our comfort level. "Great bed and breakfast-style apartment! We spent two nights there -- 2 adults, 3 kids. The people running it were very friendly and accommodating, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the WiFi (and CC machines/phone lines) were down when we were there, which was frustrating, but that isn't the fault of the apartment itself -- it was due to some public service issue. The AC was great, too, and the breakfast allowed us to save time and money by not having to work out breakfast somewhere, and...
