"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. "Stayed before, but this time was because I needed to be in Cardiff early for surgery, so I couldn't enjoy the great breakfast. Pool and spar as good as i remember. "

"I had a lovely stay at Lovesgrove. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only issue for me was that my room was at the top of the house and had a steeply sloping roof, and I did bump my head a few times before i got used to it. Location was great, just off a main road but so far back that there was no road noise and it was very peaceful. Will stay again."

"Popped down for a 3 night stay after having a hand operation. It was a really good idea as it stopped me trying to do anything I shouldn’t have been doing and it gave my husband time to spend with me as opposed to having to run around for me. Staff as usual friendly, helpful and wonderful!"

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. "Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place. "
