"The staff were so amazing, always there to help and greet you, and were so friendly. Cleaning everyday and super eager to grab you breakfast. The pool was a lot of fun and cleaned every morning as well. Would come here again! It was so magical and we miss the staff already! "

"The costumer services was excellent, the property clean, nice room, good breakfast, they offer tours here so you don’t have to worry if you didn’t book in advance, the only thing it’s important to know, is not located in central Ubud, its like 15-20 minutes from there, but they offer free shuttle once a day to drop you and pick you up. They also have shuttle service to the airport for a fee."

"Leider waren wir mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Mehrere Lichtschalter haben nicht funktioniert und eine Birne war defekt, es war trotz eingeschaltetem Licht zu dunkel im Zimmer. Die Türen gingen sehr schwer auf und zu. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank war feucht, weshalb wir dort keine Kleidung lagern wollten. Der Safe hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Außerdem hat die Dusche ständig getropft. Insgesamt sind einige Reparaturen nötig."

"Stayed here for part our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a more relaxing stay in Ubud! Close enough to all the attractions, yet secluded enough to be away from the traffic. Incredible staff, highly recommend the on-site restaurant for breakfast as well as nightly shows and entertainment. Will stay again!"

"Check in was at 2p.m and I arrived early.. like 2a.m because of the time change from America to Bali I wasn't expecting it to be such a different time change. Staff was still available and ready to assist me with check in and luggage. My villa was beautiful and the private pool was a great addition to celebrating my birthday with gorgeous flower decorations and a floating breakfast. Communication was a bit difficult because staff members had a hard time speaking English but we made things work.....

"The staff were amazing, they were there for any request at any given time of day, rooms were cleaned regularly to a very high standard, breakfast was great and there was even an option to receive a breakfast box in the morning if you were leaving early and wouldn't make it for breakfast which was really thoughtful and something you don't usually see in other hotels/villas. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. The only real issue was that there wasn't really a place/wardrobe to store...

"I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."
