"Everything was amazing! ✨✨✨ The staff, especially Shantanu, couldn't be more helpful. Very good English so easy communication. They responded to our messages and answered our questions very promptly. The location is good and very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. "This is a beautiful Haveli! The property is very well kept and the rooms are nice and very comfortable but you have to know that the area around the property is not very nice. We uber to the main attractions in the pink city. Is very well located near the Hawa Mahal and the Jorhi bazaar but once you get out of the property is very difficult to walk because the area is not very good. "Das Hotel liegt in einer Basarstraße in der Innenstadt. Es ist sehr gepflegt und hat sehr aufmerksames Personal. Es gibt auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant, allerdings mit ausschließlich vegetarischer Küche. Die Armaturen im Bad waren teilweise defekt."
