"Initially when I arrived early the woman at the desk was not friendly. I just wanted to sit in the lobby and send an email. However, when I came back later to check in and the balance of my stay the other two ladies, Ashley & the lady with light color braids (sorry didn't get her name) were very nice and helpful.
