"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Bedbugs. Completely stained bed cover. Hair in the sheets. Next to a loud bar. Dirty in general. I found a bed bug and got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Yes, it’s cheap but I wouldn’t sleep here for free."

"Great location and lots of restaurants in easy walking distance"

"Overall stay was great, breakfast was great, along with staff. My only complain would be to make the flooring in each room stronger so you don’t hear footsteps at night from the floor above. I got little disturbed at night as we could hear people walking in the upstairs room past midnight and into the morning hours."

"We stayed because of close proximity to presidio surgical center. Property is nice. Room is nice but a little bit unkept. The ac/heater very very loud. They serve complimentary tea and coffee. I was disappointed not to have some authentic tea rather than the usual teas found in hotels. Love that they have some parking right at the hotel."

"I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown."

"Gorgeous mansion with helpful small staff"

"Stayed in the room with detached bathroom because I didn’t read the description closely enough. The room itself was tiny and had no exterior windows. (I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom mirror wasn’t clean when we arrived. The shared space was nice, but the water dispenser stopped working and the coffee wasn’t really drinkable. Maybe the...

"No carafe in the guest rooms. So, bring your own water bottle for refill. Refill stations only on 2 floors. No coffee or tea in rooms. Parking is best at the Japan Center. Pay more and park at the hotel but don't forget to book the parking at the time of reservation to avoid full lot on the day of arrival."
