"Wasn’t expecting a 500CHF deposit at check in… but I understand. Would’ve been nice to know before showing up. Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. Well equipped and spacious for our family."

"It's in the middle of a hill so make sure the taxi takes you to the entrance. The location is really great for walking around. There is a small park at the top of the hill. (2 min walk) with a wonderful view of the river. After that walk back down and explore all of the streets. We were only there overnight since we had to get up at 4 am to catch a flight, but it was very comfortable in room 11. "Clean and cozy room. Enough space for two people and 2 big and 2 small luggage. Air condition worked great at the time of heat wave during our stay. Breakfast is ok. Staff that help us checked in was very nice and helpful."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was right next to the lake, old town, and the Opera House. All in walking distance. The staff were courtious and helpful. They arranged for ride to the airport. The rooms were clean and large; ours had a balcony that we could sit out. The closet and storage shelves were placed to be super useful. There were power outlets with adaptors to charge our phones. Mini bar was filled with free drinks. Nespresso machine was ready with pods as well...

"We paid a high price for the view and comfort. The view was on the construction site, and the comfort was such that at 7 am the selection hammers on the construction site started working. After a long trip from the USA, we wanted to sleep in, but we couldn't. We couldn't sleep from 7 am because construction work has begun. Don’t recommend this hotel 🙄"
