The two spacious bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The flat also has an office for those who need to do some remote work during their stay. The living room has an additional sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space.
The flat has a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. To ensure maximum comfort in all seasons, this property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your personal preferences.

For added convenience, the flat includes a private car park. In addition, the building is equipped with a lift, making access easy and accessible for everyone.

AREA
Situated in one of Funchal's most prestigious tourist areas, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several renowned international brands and cinemas.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine or international dishes. In addition to the nearby options, you can also go to the city centre of Funchal (five minutes away by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants and tourist attractions.
Next to the flat you'll find a beach with a natural swimming pool where you can take your morning dip. It’s also just 5-minutes walk to get to Praia Formosa.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops nearby.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
