"Non c'é ascensore; si arriva camminando lungo una salita non eccessiva. Vicinissima al centro commerciale Plaza Madeira. Pulita e con le cose essenziali che possono servire. É peró davvero molto piccola, lo spazio é ridottissimo. Non c'é spazio per un armadio, c'é un appendiabiti con alcune grucce."

"Super séjour à Madère ! L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre est grande et nous avons été super bien accueilli par Victor qui petit + parlait français ! La piscine sur le toit est petite mais durant notre séjour en juin il n’y avait jamais personne donc on était vraiment bien à profiter de la piscine et des transats et des tables sur le rooftop avec vue sur l’océan ! "Receptionist (long brown hair working mornings) was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to assist us, and always remembered us. We needed extra support and required additional days as I broke my leg during our visit to Madeira. She helped us with booking additional nights, breakfast, directions to medical support, and luggage storage. The staff in the restaurant were also helpful in aiding me with seating with a huge cast (needed extra space around it so I didn't get bumped by other...

"We stayed in this Appart hotel for 1 week. I must recognise personnel is very friendly , especially Helder who was helpful and prompt in our requests of support. Pool downstairs is nice and calm. Buffet at dinner is of high quality. The only drawback from our point of view is the kitchen having only one cooker and not many stoves, cutleries and pans for anything more than just a small and quick breakfast."

"Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con"
