When we got to our room it had a very strong dog smell, that was something I could deal with, when I went into the bathroom there was lots of black mold in the shower. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do.
