"This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

"Every single area & staff member was phenomenal! Exceptionally clean. Even the stairwell was clean, auto-lighting, doors remained propped open (no touching doorknobs/handles). Workout area was fantastic & had everything to offer. Breakfast area was exceptional w/ the most healthy options & variety I have ever seen! "Room was very spacious, we'll appointed and plain old comfy. Only issue is sometimes the bathroom light went on on its own. Strange. But I'm really liking Grand Rapids"

"It was all just "fine". The room was very average, bed lumpy and linens scratchy. There are cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good. Because it cost more I thought this would be a step up, but it's not. Next time I will go down the road where I can get free continental breakfast and the same level of room. No reason to stay in an oversized, dark room with limited amenities that costs more than what is down the street."
