Right on the beach, in the first line, in one of the best urbanizations of Fuengirola, residential complex Pueblo Castillo, very spacious and completely fenced for security, few neighbors, with beautiful and well-kept gardens and palm trees, a large pool that looks like a natural oasis with sunbeds, umbrellas and a lot of natural grass and space, where to enjoy with children or just swim and cool off.

Semi detached house of approximately 160m2, distributed on the main floor with living room of about 40 m2, spacious and bright fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, front private porch of about 18 m2 with flowerbeds, garden furniture and winter terrace of about 14 m2.

First floor with 1 full bathroom with walk in shower, 1 double bedroom with terrace and fitted wardrobe, 1 bedroom with two single beds and large terrace overlooking the pool and the sea and 1 dressing room. Second floor with 1 very large and bright bedroom of about 35 m2 with 4 single beds and a large fitted wardrobe, especially designed for children. Totally safe space, without terraces. 1 bathroom with bath en suite.
The house has 2 large terraces, in addition to the winter front porch, front and rear terraces overlooking the sea and the pool.

Fully equipped with WiFi internet, air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms, organic pellet fireplace, direct access to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, chiringuitos, shops, supermarkets, playgrounds, easy parking, Shopping Center Miramar, etc. Capacity up to 8 persons. No pets allowed.

The house is 10 minutes walk from the center of Fuengirola, next to the base of the hill topped by the Medieval Castle (during the summer season there are classical music, dance and Jazz shows). 20 minutes from Malaga Airport. Very close to several golf courses and other sports facilities.

Maximum capacity 8 people. No pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties or events. People under 25 are not allowed. Groups of people of the same sex are not allowed.

Swimming pool:
- For safety reasons, the pool capacity is 90 people.
- From each house there can be no more than 5 people in the pool at the same time.
- It is not allowed to take furniture out of the house, nor sunlongers to the pool area.
