"I would highly recommend staying at this property. Impeccably clean. Everything that you need is there. The porch is to die for. I would live on that porch if I lived in that property. Everything was just so comfortable. The owners were incredible and their communication was superb. If you are ever in this area of Tennessee, you've got to stay here. It was so incredibly peaceful."

"Cayce was a wonderful host and very communicative. The place was exactly what we needed - a place to land while visiting our adult kids. The location is close to restaurants, interstate, coffee, etc. All of the basics are included in the kitchen. The decor is exactly as the pictures indicated. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated that they used unscented laundry detergent as I have allergies and bring my own linens with me. I didn't need to use them! Thank you!"

"We recently stayed at Sweet Haven while looking for a house to purchase in the Maryville area. It was the perfect location. Everything was just as you would expect in a VRBO, clean, very comfortable beds in wonderfully large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. The front porch was my favorite place. Communication with the host was seamless and we would definitely stay here in the future."
