This beautiful, clean, 2 BR -2.5 bath townhouse (upstairs BR's) condo right on the Little River in Townsend is available to rent for your vacation. Its close to shopping, tubing, fishing, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and more! Fully equipped kitchen, private washer and dryer included. Sleeps 6 adults. There are a flight of steps to get to this condo. and the bedrooms are another flight of stairs.

We loved our stay here because it was a great condo with almost everything you need. Right on the Little River and close to the National Park. We will definitely be back.

Exceeded expectations as far as what pics showed. Everything you needed was provided plus some. View of Little River was beautiful and saw wildlife. Roomy and comfortable bedrooms. 2 on suite baths making it nice for 2 couples. Wonderful location to Great Smokie Mountaiin entrance. We loved it. Check out Cades cove. Saw lots of bears.

My host, John was very kind and helpful. The condo was beautifully decorated very comfortable and cozy. The view of the river and the ducks was very beautiful and inviting. I had a great time.

this place was perfect for our vacation. Close to everything we wanted to do and so comfortable. The decor was great. Loved listening to the river. definitely would stay here again.

The condo was adorable and being right on the river was such a bonus. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the water. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Little River Stay

Well located and property very efficient. We enjoyed the location which gave us access to the Smokey Mountain National Park.
