"FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊"

"Loads of parking. We had a Ground floor room which was very large and quiet. We booked last minute over the August bank holiday so it wasn’t cheap and the pub doesn’t serve breakfast. Manager is really helpful and nice pub. Very near the New Forest for walks. Would only suggest for the price would have expected some additional toiletries "

"Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return "

"The reception staff were incredible, and the gentleman was very accommodating and helpful for my specific requirements. Breakfast was a £14 cost regardless of what you had and due to doing a race that morning I only ate minimal. Aside from this, I feel this was counteracted by the service I received and would recommend the hotel. The elevator in the hotel is tiny and I only just fit in there with my bag (5’7, small build) Parking is a pay as you go, private company and reg and payment need to...
