"Internet speed was 2, no 50 as posted, and it shut down 3 times in the 10 minutes we stayed. Sheets were not changed, garbage in the hallway, no toilet paper, room smelled like smoke, and front desk staff lied to us. Pictures are not accurate, suite is a small bedroom. Needed to work during our stay and without Internet could not stay. Found another hotel 2 blocks away for an extra 10 euro per night. Worst experience, doesn't even earn one star."

"I stayed in a family sized apartment for 5 people and I was very impressed. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Main Street, a stone throw away from Taksim Square and where the main shops are located. The staff was wonderful and helped with suggestions and recommendations. They organised the taxis from the airport for us and that was a relief as we could trust them.
